Scholarship applications are now open for YAW’s 8-day Summer Arts Experience! Pick them up at our center, and they’re due by Thursday, April 2, after scholarship applicants are notified of acceptance, remaining spots will open for general registration.
YAW is an exciting 8-day summer arts experience designed especially for our community's youth and teens!
This immersive program offers a unique opportunity for young artists to explore their creativity alongside peers in a relaxed, supportive environment—guided by experienced professional instructors.
Each age group works on age-appropriate projects tailored to their interests and skill levels, encouraging creative growth and self-expression. Classes are divided into three groups: 1st–3rd Grade, 4th–6th Grade, and 7th–12th Grade Throughout the two-week experience, students will discover new artistic techniques, build confidence, and connect with others who share their passion for the arts.
At the end of the program, each participant will take home their own original creations—lasting reminders of a fun, inspiring summer of art!
**We ask that students must be able to attend BOTH WEEKS as the art projects are progressive and they will need to attend the entire time to complete them. (ie, no planned absences)**
