   All skill levels are welcome in this creative, hands on class exploring the relationship between clay and light. Create ceramic pieces that glow, illuminate, and bring warmth to the fall season. Projects can include candle holders, luminaries, jack o lanterns, lanterns, and other creative forms designed to hold a candle or light source.
 
Both wheel throwing and hand building are welcome, giving you the freedom to choose the techniques that best fit your project. Beginners are encouraged to join, with demonstrations and guidance provided for both wheel and hand building techniques to help you get started with clay. Come play with form, texture, and light while creating unique ceramic pieces perfect for welcoming the fall season.
 
Please note: A Clay & Firing Package is required for this class and must be purchased separately from the class registration.
 
First time students: A locker and basic clay tools are recommended to help you store your materials and have the supplies you need throughout the session.
