Ever wanted to create your own characters and bring them to life through storytelling? This one-day workshop will take you through the fundamentals of character design and then explore what happens when those characters start to move, think, and do stuff.
 
Instructor Craig will dust off the fundamentals from a book he was once commissioned to create, How to Draw Comic Characters, and use it as the springboard for a fun, hands-on day of drawing, character development, and storytelling.
 
You’ll start with the basics of creating a strong, expressive character, then see where your ideas, and the class take you. Because characters don’t exist just to look good. They have personalities, motivations, and stories to tell.
